   • The HK$500 headline maximum is the total of the separate HK$400 welcome reward and HK$100 spending reward. Do not count it as another reward.
   • The reward is eight Starbucks e-vouchers worth HK$50 each. The customer can view them on the Benefits page in the PayKool app after approval.
   • Each eligible customer can receive this welcome reward no more than once.
   • To claim a voucher, open PayKool app > Benefits > My Benefits, select the voucher, select Claim Now, select Use Starbucks e-voucher, then show its QR code to Starbucks staff before payment.

   • The reward cannot be returned, transferred, resold, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for another offer. Lost, invalid, or expired rewards will not be replaced. Starbucks voucher terms also apply.
   • If the customer cancels the PayKool card within one year after receiving the reward, the company will charge an annual fee of HK$1,800.
   • The PayKool card account must be in good standing before the reward is issued. The company may withdraw the reward for late payment, exceeding the credit limit, or breach of the cardholder agreement.
   • Rewards are subject to supply, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. The offer details at the time of use apply if the offer changes.
   • The company may reject or recover a reward for invalid information, fraud, dishonest transactions, or repeated welcome reward claims. PayKool card and merchant terms continue to apply.
