- For principal cardholders of eligible Citi cards, including Citi ULTIMA, with a valid account and good credit record during the promotion period 2026-09-21 to 2026-11-30, a 10% discount applies to the Citi Pay with Points conversion rate for an eligible single net transaction at Citibank Apple Rewards Store Hong Kong. A single net transaction is after applicable discounts, reductions and cash vouchers; unposted, cancelled, refunded, falsified or unauthorized transactions are excluded. Cardholders must verify the Citi-registered mobile number by one-time password and finish the redemption; leaving the platform before completion makes that transaction ineligible and requires a new eligible transaction. The redeemable points are limited to the lower of the transaction amount and available points; the minimum is shown at redemption, and statement credit posts within 7 calendar days. The redemption rate varies by card type and may change; the exact amount and points required are shown at redemption. The offer cannot be combined with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons. Redemption cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or another promotion. If a transaction is returned or cancelled, its statement credit remains and points are not returned; fraud, abuse, reversal or cancellation can also lead to debit, cancellation or reversal of the offer.
