- The insurance premium must be purchased through Altruist and settled with the Dah Sing Altruist Credit Card by direct debit authorization. Principal and supplementary cardholders are included.
- After card issuance, complete the Direct Debit Authorization Form and submit it to Altruist or the relevant insurance company.
- The HKD2 is the total double rebate for each HKD250 insurance premium payment. The additional rebate is credited to the Eligible Card account.
- The Bank credits the additional rebate from records provided by Altruist. The Bank is not responsible if Altruist or the insurer updates its records but does not notify the Bank.
- Contact Altruist for service questions.
- Card eligibility: age 18 or above, Hong Kong resident, and annual income of HKD150,000.
- The product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
